Acceptance of terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using BeachViber ("the Service"), including the web application at app.beachviber.com, the BeachViber agent, and the relay infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BeachViber. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
What BeachViber provides
BeachViber is a remote access tool for Claude Code CLI sessions. It consists of three components:
BeachViber Agent
An agent that runs on your machine alongside Claude Code, connecting it to the relay for remote access.
Cloud Relay
A message routing service that connects your phone and desktop. It routes encrypted payloads it cannot decrypt.
Mobile Web App
A web application for sending prompts, approving tool executions, and managing Claude Code sessions from your phone.
Your responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your paired devices. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@beachviber.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Tool Approvals
BeachViber routes tool execution requests from Claude Code to your phone for approval. You are responsible for reviewing and approving or denying each tool execution. BeachViber is not responsible for the consequences of tool executions you approve.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BeachViber to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the relay infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the relay service
• Use the Service for any purpose that could harm minors
Your Code and Content
Your code, prompts, and session content are end-to-end encrypted and never accessible to BeachViber. You retain all ownership and rights to your code and content. BeachViber makes no claim to any intellectual property transmitted through the Service.
Service availability and limitations
⚡ Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime
🛠 Modifications
- We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time
- Material changes to the Service will be communicated through the website or app
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
🚫 Termination
- You may stop using BeachViber and delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your account data will be permanently deleted from our servers
- Provisions that should survive termination (liability, disclaimers) will survive
💰 Pricing
- BeachViber is currently offered free of charge
- We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future
- If pricing changes, existing users will receive advance notice
- You will never be charged without explicit consent
Disclaimers and liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BEACHVIBER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEACHVIBER LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeachViber LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Third-Party Services
BeachViber integrates with third-party services including GitHub (for optional OAuth authentication), Anthropic's Claude Code (the AI coding tool), and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of Claude Code is subject to Anthropic's terms of service.
General provisions
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
